Spring Sips: Crafting Cool Cold Brew for Sunny Days Ahead!

Today, we're sharing our favorite foolproof method for brewing the perfect batch of cold brew, guaranteed to satisfy your caffeine cravings and keep you cool all season long. Let's dive in!
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups (80g) of medium to dark roasted coffee beans (coarsely ground to a texture resembling coarse cornmeal)
- 6 cups (1400g) of water
INSTRUCTIONS
First Method:
- Grind 1 ½ cups of coffee beans to a relatively coarse consistency. Place the grounds in a ½ gallon container.
- Add 6 cups of water, stir well, and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
- After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth, or pour it through a pour-over filter.
Second Method:
- Grind 1 ½ cups of coffee beans coarsely and place them in a ½ gallon container.
- Add 2 cups of hot water, stir, and allow it to steep for 1 minute. Then, add the remaining 4 cups of cold water.
- Stir the mixture and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
- After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth, or pour it through a pour-over filter.
