Shipping

We strive to get all packages out the same business day if the order is placed before 1:00pm EST, please allow more time during the holidays. We currently ship all "Free Shipping" packages via UPS Ground Residential unless a faster shipping method is requested. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, zip code. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and are currently only shipping in the continental US. If your located in Alaska, Hawaii or overseas please contact us for a shipping quote. See chart below for estimated ground shipping times, please note all coffees will ship from our Newington, CT 06111 roastery.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please call us at 860-665-1101 to report the damage. You must contact us within 5 business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc...) as the shipper may come to inspect the package. You may also call the shipper, FedEx can be reached at 1-800-GO-FEDEX, UPS can be reached at 1-800-742-5877. We will gladly ship an exchange product when a claim number from the shipper is issued.

Coffee & Gelato Ingredient Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. We realize the subjective taste of coffee and urge our customers to sample our coffees to find out what taste they're searching for before committing to bulk purchases. That being said, we want to make our customers happy so call us at 860-665-1101 or drop us an email at sales@icaffe.com and we'll do our best.

Torronalba gelato ingredients cannot be returned. Due to the possibility of contamination, we cannot except returns. Please contact us at 860-665-1101 to make sure you are ordering the correct products.  

Residential Equipment Return

All residential equipment carries a one year manufacturer warranty policy covering parts and/or labor, depending on brand. If a residential machine arrives in non-working condition, it can be returned within 30 days for an exchange. If for any reason you do not like your espresso machine you may return it for a refund within 14 days, a 15% restocking fee applies. To receive a refund, the machine must be shipped in its original carton, with insurance covering the replacement cost and be in perfect condition. Commercial equipment cannot be returned.
