Excellent customer service. My order arrived in a torn FedEx bag with some of the contents spilling out. I received a response to my email within minutes even though it was a weekend and a replacement bag within days. I enjoyed this coffee so much for several years at the Oxford Baking Company that last year I decided to start purchasing it for home. No regrets.
